Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

The International Journal of Linguistics, Literature, Language Teaching, and Culture Studies upholds a transparent and ethical publication policy. Submission of manuscripts to the journal is free of charge and does not incur any administrative or handling fees at any stage of the review process. Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 8 only after their manuscript has been formally accepted for publication following a rigorous peer-review process.

The APC is intended solely to support essential publication-related services, including manuscript processing, peer-review management, copyediting, layout design, online hosting, digital archiving, and the long-term maintenance of the journal’s open-access platform. The payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, which are based exclusively on scholarly quality, originality, methodological rigor, and the relevance of the submitted work.

For manuscripts that have been accepted for publication, the APC may be remitted to the following bank account:

Upon completion of the publication process payment, authors are kindly requested to submit proof of payment (a copy of the payment receipt) to susiekalestari@cimrcs.org with the email subject line:
“Payment Proof of the Publication Process.”
